Diagnostics
Computer diagnostics are $75 and exempt from the standard remote/pickup minimum. The fee may be credited toward approved repair labor. Logical data-recovery diagnostics are $100 and non-refundable.
Starting prices
Prices marked “+”, “Starting at”, or “Custom Quote” vary with complexity, labor, equipment, travel, data volume, and scope. Material price changes are discussed before additional work.
Data & recovery
Customers should maintain backups whenever possible. Recovery cannot be guaranteed. Physical or mechanically failed storage may be referred to a specialized recovery laboratory.
Parts & payment
Parts, hardware, licenses, media, subscriptions, and third-party costs are separate unless included in writing. Special-order items or larger projects may require advance payment or a deposit.
